CDTi’s catalyst systems provide superior emissions control, noise attenuation, and lower exhaust restriction over the broadest range of engine platforms. The modular catalysts are easily removed and installed – secured with industry-standard v-band clamps and gaskets. Brazed metallic foil substrates provide excellent structural strength and withstand real-world abuse. An optional silencer can be combined with the modular assembly. Assemblies can be manufactured using various metal types to meet application requirements.

Three-Way Catalyst
For Natural Gas Stoichiometric & Rich Burn engines. Efficiently destroys oxides of nitrogen (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), and volatile organic compounds (VOC).
Oxidation Catalyst
For Natural Gas lean-burn engines, it controls carbon monoxide (CO), methane (CH4), volatile organic compounds (VOC), and formaldehyde (CH2O).
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst
For effective removal of particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), Hydrocarbons (HC), and diesel engine odor.
