AZ DOC
Ceramic Diesel Oxidation Catalyst
AZ Purifiers™ and AZ Purimufflers™ reduce the chance of carbon monoxide build up in enclosed work environments. They also reduce diesel odor by reducing hydrocarbons and the soluble organics if the emitted particulate. Zero Maintenance & Easy Installation. Flow through catalyst design allows for permanent installation. Under normal conditions, the AZ DOC never needs to be removed for cleaning/ maintenance. Similar to the DZ DOC, the Purifier is supplied as one complete unit, or with quick release clamps allowing easy access to the substrate face. The AZ Purimuffler™ is designed as a drop in muffler replacement, offering the same emission reductions while also providing 12-15 dB(A) sound attenuation.

DZ DOC
Metallic Diesel Oxidation Catalyst
DZ and EZ Purifiers offer emission reductions of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, similar to the AZ DOC. The metallic substrate allows for installation on difficult applications where vibration and shock is common. Ideal for demanding platforms such as mining, materials handling and construction. The DZ Purifier line is also available with a complete line of add-on silencers, consisting of a simple modular assembly. Using exhaust heat as the only requirement for the automatic catalytic conversion, it is recommended to install the Purifier as close to the exhaust manifold as possible.

PURIFILTER ™
Ceramic Diesel Particulate Filter
Passively regenerating family of Diesel Particulate Filters with extremely low soot oxidation temperatures, excellent for many varieties of On & Off Road applications. Employing a Silicon Carbide substrate, the Purifilter systems provide 98%+ Particulate Matter reduction. Due to its advanced design, Purifilter offers capabilities that minimize potential failure points and unit installation time versus competitive DPFs – getting your fleet equipment back in service faster.

PURIFILTER PLUS M ™
Ceramic Diesel Particulate Filter
Purifilter Plus M Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) uses electric elements in combination with a passively regenerating Purifilter DPF. While the engine is running, the catalyst coating in the Purifilter DPF allows for oxidation of accumulated soot. When parked, the unit can be plugged into an off-board electric panel, heating the DPF and completing passive regeneration. Connections to the ECM or fuel sources are not required, ensuring the Purifilter family of DPF's do no interfere with the engine. By incorporating electric elements in the Purifilter Plus, the DPF can be conveniently regenerated in place, reducing cost and maximizing uptime.
Custom Designs
Backed by 30+ years of experience, our engineering team can work with you to provide the most cost effective solution to meet your requirements. Catalysts can be specially formulated to meet specific emissions requirements. Finished systems can also be built application specific, allowing for a seamless installation.
Quality and Experience
With several ISO Certifications, CDTi holds OEM level quality process as a standard. Though a robust quality inspection regime, each catalyst and system built with precision and repeatability.
Advanced Catalytic Formulations
CDTi's finely tuned catalyst coatings provide excellent regeneration capabilities, across a wide temperature range using the most cost effective materials. Proprietary formulations such as the Mixed Phase Catalyst (MPC®) technology, in coordination with an upstream Diesel Oxidation Catalyst, use base metals for passive regeneration, without the need for costly Platinum Group Metals (PGM).
