CDTi is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of catalysts and emission systems for a variety of applications. We are committed to providing our customers with innovative and sustainable solutions that help reduce emissions, improve energy efficiency and generate renewable energy.
What We Do
CDTi is a leader in the catalyst technology industry, with more than 30 years of experience and 20 patents. Our proprietary catalytic material systems have been used for combustion engines and industrial processes for decades, and we are now applying them to hydrogen production via electrolysis. This has resulted in an impressive synergistic effect, making our systems more efficient and cost-effective than ever before.

Matthew Beale
President, CEO and Director
Mr. Beale was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2015 and President in December 2015. He Joined the CDTi Board of Directors in September 2014.
Lon Bell
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Bell Joined the CDTi Board of Directors in June 2013, and was appointed Chairman of the Board in May 2016.
Marty McDermut
Director
Before joining CDTi, Mr. McDermut served as Chief Financial Officer of Resonant Inc, a publicly traded RF technology venture start-up.
Edward Lee
VP Operations
Mr. Lee joined CDTi in 2000. He was appointed VP of Operations in 2020.
Campbell McConnell
VP Sales & Marketing
Mr. McConnell joined CDTi in 2011. He was appointed VP Sales & Marketing in 2019.
Sarah Lumb
Board of Directors
Prior to joining CDTi, Ms. Lumb co-founded Mission Global, and she brings extensive expertise in management, logistics, and consulting to our Board of Directors.
