Industrial Process Catalysts & Monolith Coating

Beyond emissions control applications, CDTi supports the development of catalyst-coated honeycomb monoliths for industrial reactions and process intensification applications.

Honeycomb monolith substrates provide high geometric surface area, low pressure drop, excellent mass transfer characteristics, and scalable reactor designs. CDTi works with customers to develop and optimize catalyst formulations and coating processes tailored to specific reaction requirements, helping improve reactor performance, process efficiency, and commercial scalability.

Applications may include oxidation, reduction, adsorption, reforming, and other catalytic processes requiring customized catalyst-coated monolith solutions.
