Our catalyst systems provide efficient emissions control, reduce noise, and minimize exhaust restriction across various engine platforms, including lean burn and stoichiometric/rich burn engines. Featuring robust and durable construction, an adjustable mounting system for easy vertical or horizontal installation, and quick and easy removal of catalysts, our systems ensure a low operating pressure drop. Additionally, custom-tailored catalyst formulations meet specific application requirements.
The modular design of our catalysts ensures easy installation and removal, with secure attachments using industry-standard v-band clamps and gaskets. The brazed metallic foil substrates offer strong durability, withstanding the toughest conditions. For applications requiring additional noise reduction, an optional silencer can be added to the assembly, available in different metal types to suit specific needs.

In Monterey, California, three Doosan natural gas engines have been equipped with CDTi’s three-way catalysts, providing consistent power and heat for hospital operations. These units have been running for over seven years, continuously meeting stringent CARB and local airboard regulations. Even after years of operation, the catalysts have successfully reduced corrected NOx levels to below 1 ppm, demonstrating their long-term effectiveness.
