For more than 25 years, CDTi has been developing Fuel Borne Catalyst (FBC) technology to reduce emissions, improve fuel efficiency and reduce maintenance costs in a variety of applications.

CDTi Fuel Borne Catalysts reduce emissions, costs and improve emission control device performance. Our FBCs are fuel additives with minute organometallic catalysts and other performance enhancing additive packages.

We formulate our FBCs for a variety of industries, including passenger cars, mining, oil and gas, commercial vehicles, marine, and more. CDTi also works with distribution partners to ensure our catalysts are always effective, reliable and cost-effective for businesses of all sizes.

PatFluid®

PatFluid® is a universal aftermarket replacement for Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) additives. It’s a cost-effective and reliable product that aids the regeneration of particulate filters fitted on diesel passenger cars with an on-board additive tank.

When the additive runs low, the tank can be refilled with the easy-to-use PatFluid® Transfer Kit. PatFluid® lowers the combustion temperature of soot trapped in the filter, allowing for trouble-free vehicle operation with rapid and complete DPF regenerations.

Patfluid® HD

Patfluid® HD is a fuel conditioning package designed to enhance your fleet by reducing fuel consumption, improving DPF performance, extending engine life, and minimizing maintenance costs. Featuring fuel systems protection, reduced ignition delay, and cleaning of injector carbon deposits, Patfluid® HD restores engine power using CDTi’s catalyst technology.

Our proprietary fuel-borne catalyst formula improves cold start performance and has demonstrated significant benefits, such as increased fuel efficiency in extreme temperatures and improved engine performance in heavy-duty trucks.

Platinum Plus®

Platinum Plus® is a premium Fuel Borne Catalyst that has been used and tested for more than 20 years. It is a diesel fuel additive that improves the operation of diesel engines with DPFs, reduces emissions, lowers the risk of DPF blockage or damage, and saves money on maintenance costs.

Platinum Plus® is ideal for on-road fleets of vans, trucks, buses, off-road equipment, and passenger cars. It can be used continuously or as needed, with fleet fuel bulk dosing, vehicle on-board dosing systems, or manual dosing. It comes in a variety of formulations and packaging options to meet the needs of different industries.
